Chef d’Autore leaves the area of home cooking to the domain of master cooking whilst never neglecting to use high-quality raw materials, cultivated in keeping with the principles of biodynamic agriculture.

With regards to apperitifs and dinners, attention is given to modernity, blending it all together in what is today known as “Apericena” (aperitif + dinner). Rich buffets made up of the most varied dishes are prepared by true professionals who perform their duties, showcasing all of their qualities cooking live in real-time, in view of everyone, providing a spectacle of cooking.
