Wedding planner and wedding designer are two different figures who tend to come across each other constantly in the world of event planning.
A wedding planner has a fundamental role in the organization of a wedding: the planner singlehandedly imparts consultation regarding the perusal and the selection of the providers (photographers, florists, drivers), takes care of the business and drafting of contracts with the above, and takes care of managing the guest-list, arranging, if necessary, offsite accommodations for all of the people invited.
The role of the wedding designer, on the other hand, is to worry about all of the aspects of “scenery”, striking to the eyes in a location for weddings, banquets and ceremonies: preparation of the lighting, preparation and placement of the tables (from the selection of the tablecloths to the arrangements of the centerpiece and decorations).
The selection of the location of the party is a fundamental factor in preparing a wedding, as far as it regards determining the atmosphere of your special day.
From the princely castle to the romantic farmhouse, from the chic and modern restaurant to the traditional one, the wedding locations are growing in number and are adapting themselves to the style of every couple as well as their budgets.
Once the location has been chosen, Matrimoni D’Autore creates a blueprint for the preparations, so that the bride and groom can have a concrete idea of how the reception will be brought together.
